Surveyor appointments are transmitted in a secure environment, in real time to our network of engineers, accredited in their appropriate installation type;

Once approved installers benefit from relevant appointments within the area they select. Basic details are broadcast via Email or SMS to surveyors local to the enquiry. Once logged on to the system the appointment can be confirmed, or if inconvenient ignored for another local surveyor to collect. On-going dialogue is maintained with the customer to ensure maximum flexibility should appointments need to be changed / cancelled etc.

Administration fees are dependant on the quantity of appointments attended and the quality of feedback we receive from the customer.
